    den setiap hari kena minum air 4L-10L, untuk meningkatkan metabolisma..
    kalau lumba kurus, lelaki pasti menang

        ikut berat badan pon boleh sebenarnya. berat 25kg sama dengan 1L air… kalau ambe 75kg mcm tu ambil la 3L…

    oh, baru faham kenapa minuman-minuman diet mempunyai kandungan protein yg sgt tinggi. rupa-rupanya ia salah satu utk tingkatkan metabolisma…

      tips minum air senang je sebenarnya..
      sebelum solat minum satu cawan. lepas solat minum satu cawan…
      satu hari bole dapat dalam 2L – 3L
