    Alhamdulillah..saya sekarnag dah kurang makan malam..badan pun sekarang nmpak lebih OK sikit..hehe..bab susu??emm sory saya memang tak leh telan susu kecuali susu ibu dan susu lemak manis berkrim..hehe..

    Satu lagi petua orang tua, amalkan makan satu biji kuaci buah tunjuk langit sekali sehari, insyallah berat badan turun dan kolestrol terkawal serta perjalanan darah lancar.
